My work draws on more than 30 years of experience with body-oriented learning\, movement\, personal development and trauma-related practice.\n \nMy practice and certifications in Somatic Experiencing\, the Feldenkrais Method\, Communicology and the Sounder Sleep System also influence the wa y I understand and teach TRE.\n\nMy background with a master degree in ped agogy and educational science shapes how I teach. I bring together practic al experience\, theory and reflection in a structured learning process\, w ith room for questions\, individual differences and learning over time.\n\ nI have been active in the global TRE community for a decade and  have ex tensive experience supporting TRE providers after certification through me ntoring groups and teaching advanced TRE - in depth courses.
