My work draws on more than 30 years of experience with bod y-oriented learning\, movement\, personal development and trauma-related p ractice.\n\nMy practice and certifications in Somatic Experiencing\, the F eldenkrais Method\, Communicology and the Sounder Sleep System also influe nce the way I understand and teach TRE.\n\nMy background with a master deg ree in pedagogy and educational science shapes how I teach.
