Each morning and afternoon session you will be supported through the exercises and tremors. We will e xplore the theory behind the model.\n\nModule 1 will include:\n\n Introdu ction to TRE™\n Introduction and deepening of personal tremoring exper ience\n Anatomy\, neurology and physiology of stress and trauma as it rel ates to TRE™\n Understanding the tremor response\n Introduction to the Polyvagal theory\n Defence reactions as they relate to TRE™\n Contain ment and grounding strategies\n\nThe way we work\nThere will be plenty of time for discussion and sharing of your experiences.
