 y!\n\nThis Online Module 1 training can be the first step towards certific
 ation towards becoming a TRE™ Provider (outline of certification will be
  provided). You can also attend for personal process only.\n\nPRE-Requisit
 e \nIt is recommended that participants have learnt TRE™ from a certifi
 ed Provider/Trainer prior to attending the online training. If you haven't
  yet learnt TRE™ we would highly recommend you to book a personal sessio
 n as soon as possible.\n\nWelcome to this 2-day Online  Module 1  traini
 ng (divided into 3 shorter days to allow for less time in front of compute
 r). \n\nThe training will be given in English.\n\nThis training centred a
 round self-healing and self-development with TRE™. The weekend will be v
 ery practical and is open to anyone – with or without a therapeutic back
 ground. You can take this training without committing to continue with the
  certification process towards becoming a Certified TRE™ Provider. After
  this training-weekend\, you will be able to use TRE™ for yourself as a 
 self-help tool\, as it teaches you all the theoretical foundations needed 
 for good and safe personal practice.\n\nThe training will be taught by Dev
 aLaya Guleng\, an international TRE™ Certification Trainer\, with assist
 ants.\n\nGoal\nTo deepen your personal process and to help you experiencin
 g the tremors. Each morning and afternoon session you will be supported th
 rough the exercises and tremors. We will explore the theory behind the mod
 el.\n\nModule 1 will include:\n\n 	Introduction to TRE™\n 	Introduction 
 and deepening of personal tremoring experience\n 	Anatomy\, neurology and
  physiology of stress and trauma as it relates to TRE™\n 	Understanding 
 the tremor response\n 	Introduction to the Polyvagal theory\n 	Defence rea
 ctions as they relate to TRE™\n 	Containment and grounding strategies\n\
 nThe way we work\nThere will be plenty of time for discussion and sharing 
 of your experiences. We will also guide you in developing your skills so y
 ou can begin to support other people through the exercises.\n\nDates and t

 \nTo continue with certification towards a TRE™ Provider\, you will need
  to attend the Module II &amp\; III connected to the Module I you sign up 
 for.  Additional costs will apply for required supervision sessions and l
 iterature/media.  The certification process is normally completed within
