Having seen and experienced spontaneous tremoring arising from bodywork sessions\, Alex was excited to finally find a method with a solid understanding of what this tremoring process is\, and how to best work wi th it. Alex continues to integrate TRE along with hands-on bodywork\, Soma tic Experiencing trauma work\, and Internal Family Systems Model to help h is clients resolve the symptoms of chronic stress and trauma and their imp act on the body and nervous system. Working live and online\, Alex has hel ped many people from around the world find comfort\, ease\, and groundedne ss in themselves.\nSince 2019 Alex has been pleased to join the TRE Traine r community and has found fresh enthusiasm for sharing the magic of this m odality with students from various countries\, professional backgrounds\, and intended use of TRE. In 2015 she was Introduced to TRE™ as a personal p ractice by Alex Greene. Experimenting with TRE™ in her own body planted seeds of curiosity for how this method could support her clients. The syst emic support and grounding she personally found through TRE™ felt like a powerful tool that could both serve her as a yoga therapist and increase the efficacy of her clients’ treatment plans. This has proven to be the case! Many of Ellen’s clients report that TRE™ allows them to access t heir breath more clearly\, feel their body more subtly and explore their f elt experience from a place of safety and curiosity. In addition to her cl ient work\, Ellen offers TRE™ workshops and weekly classes using somatic exercises as a preparation for TRE™.
