 p\;\n\n\n\nAlex came to TRE in 2014 with a background as a Structural Inte
 gration bodyworker. Having seen and experienced spontaneous tremoring aris
 ing from bodywork sessions\, Alex was excited to finally find a method wit
 h a solid understanding of what this tremoring process is\, and how to bes
 t work with it. Alex continues to integrate TRE along with hands-on bodywo
 rk and Somatic Experiencing trauma work to help his clients resolve the sy
 mptoms of chronic stress and trauma and their impact on the body and nervo
 us system. Working live and online\, Alex has helped many people from arou
 nd the world find comfort\, ease\, and groundedness in themselves.\nSince 
 2019 Alex has been pleased to join the TRE Trainer community and has found
  fresh enthusiasm for sharing the magic of this modality with students fro
 m various countries\, professional backgrounds\, and intended use of TRE. 
 Alex is known for his knowledgeable and relaxed teaching style\, working o
 n weaving the various aspects of his background into a grounded\, experien
 tial training.\nIn 2020 Alex joined the TRE Board of Directors to help fos
 ter the growth of TRE around the world. He also began a collaboration with
  Dr. Berceli to teach bodyworkers specific ways of working with tremoring 
 on the treatment table - a program called Neurogenic Tremor Release Techni
 que. Alex also brings his background as Zen meditation teacher to his work
  with TRE\, believing that somatic methods like TRE are wonderful gateways
  into deepening meditation experience.\n\n\n\nEllen McKenzie is a Certifie
 d Yoga Therapist (CIAYT)\, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider\, a
 nd a TRE™ Provider and Trainer. In 2015 she was Introduced to TRE™ as 
 a personal practice by Alex Greene. Experimenting with TRE™ in her own b
 ody planted seeds of curiosity for how this method could support her clien
 ts. The systemic support and grounding she personally found through TRE™
  felt like a powerful tool that could both serve her as a yoga therapist a
 nd increase the efficacy of her clients’ treatment plans. This has prove
 n to be the case! Many of Ellen’s clients report that TRE™ allows them
  to access their breath more clearly\, feel their body more subtly and exp
 lore their felt experience from a place of safety and curiosity. In additi
 on to her client work\, Ellen offers TRE™ workshops and weekly classes u
 sing somatic exercises as a preparation for TRE™. All of her offerings a
