 m the UK. I've been shaking myself for over 12 years and can't imagine a l
 ife without it for myself or for my clients. As a survivor myself I specia
 lise in helping others recover from emotional &amp\; narcissistic abuse.\n
 \nDo join me for this twice monthly online TRE class for those with an est
 ablished TRE practice. We meet regularly Monday evenings\, and the class i
 s open to TRE Students anyone who has learned TRE with a Provider.\n\nNow\
 , more than ever it is important that we access our natural stress relief 
 and come together with others for some simple\, embodied connection.\nClas
 ses are warm\, welcoming and friendly.\n\nWe will focus on safely opening 
 up the the tremors to new areas and sensing into new patterns and then tit
