Having seen and experienced spontaneous tremoring arising from bodywork se ssions\, Alex was excited to finally find a method with a solid understand ing of what this tremoring process is\, and how to best work with it. Alex continues to integrate TRE along with hands-on bodywork and Somatic Exper iencing trauma work to help his clients resolve the symptoms of chronic st ress and trauma and their impact on the body and nervous system. Working l ive and online\, Alex has helped many people from around the world find co mfort\, ease\, and groundedness in themselves.\nSince 2019 Alex has been p leased to join the TRE Trainer community and has found fresh enthusiasm fo r sharing the magic of this modality with students from various countries\ , professional backgrounds\, and intended use of TRE.
