DESCRIPTION:Module 1 - Personal TRE process and working with Individuals\nT
 HIS WILL BE AN IN PERSON AND ONLINE COURSE.\nThe course will cover persona
 l skills and work with individuals. The course is very practical and exper
 iential.\nThe theory of a TRE™ model will be explored through the exerci
 ses\, tremors and other involuntary and spontaneous movements. There will 
 be lots of time for discussion and sharing of experiences.\nModule 1 will 
 include:\n• TRE™ Concepts\n• Anatomy\, neurology and physiology of s
 tress and trauma as it relates to TRE™\n• Understanding the tremor res
 ponse and involuntary body movements\n• Introduction to the Triune brain
  theory\n• Introduction to the Polyvagal theory: How humans are always c
 hecking for safety.\n• Tremorgenesis\n• Containment\, Orientation and 
 Grounding strategies - OMG concepts\n• Introduction to personal TRE™ t
 remoring experience.\n• Working other individuals\n• Introduction to b
 asic skills of working with individuals\n• Basic TRE™ Interventions (v
 erbal and tactile interventions)\n• Post traumatic Growth\nThis TRE™ M
 odule 1 workshop is open to everyone. You can attend to learn about using 
 the tremors to support your own health. You will learn about being in your
  body and self regulating in response to tension\, stress and trauma. You 
 can attend the workshop as the start of the process to teach TRE™ to ind
