solutions.org\n\nTRE™ is a revolutionary technique that provides the bod
y with a deep autonomic muscle release. Developed by Dr. David Berceli\, t
his natural\, instinctive release mechanism relieves the physical\, mental
\, and emotional consequences of stress and trauma. The framework for the
TRE™ process is based on the polyvagal theory (Dr. Stephen Porges). The
neurogenic tremor mechanism induced during the TRE™ process is initiated
through 7 basic exercises. These movements induce a state of safety in th
e brain that allows for the release of past stored experiences of trauma a
nd stress in the body. The brain and body respond to threats by creating t
ension in the fascia system through deep contractions that prepare the bod
y to run or fight with power.\n\nUnresolved stored tension in the fascial
system can maintain the state of fight/flight or freeze\, predominantly pr
esenting as mental\, emotional\, and physical disorders. As a certified fa
cilitator\, you will see a client approximately once a week for 6 sessions
. During this time\, early releases will be facilitated\, and the client w
ill be taught self-regulation through the body\, enabling them to tremor o
n their own at home. Complex trauma may require more facilitated sessions.
\n\nThis training covers the autonomic\, central\, and enteric nervous sys
tems\, with a focus on regulation and integration. \n\nTRE™ can be used
with people of all ages (from 5 years)\, individually or in groups.\nLearn
  a simple\, body-based prevention and recovery process.\nLearn a method yo
u can integrate into your daily exercise routine to restore immediate\, de
ep relaxation to your body.\nLearn a method that is effective for mild ten
sion to severe trauma.\nAttain an international Certification as a TRE™
Provider of Trauma and Stress Support\n \n\nCPD POINTS: Total 36 Points (1
 8 M1/2 and 18 M3)\n\nCONTACT DETAILS: Haley Ritzlmayr Global TRE™ Certif
