 lease the stress and anxiety held in the body which stops the natural\, he
 althy pulsation of the organism. Wear comfortable clothing\, bring a blan
 ket or yoga mat\, pillow or bolster and water.\nRogue Wellness facilitator
 s host the one-day workshops which explore how tension\, trauma and anxiet
 y affect us and others. Workshops include educational and practical sessi
 ons: two tremor sessions are held to allow participants a chance to learn 
 and to practice TRE.  \n\nRegistration fee is $150 per participant\, $13
 0 if paid and registered by  January 25\, 2018.
