 r body’s natural healing intelligence and want to explore how to work wi
 th your nervous system\, stress\, and tension stored in the body.\n\nWe’
 ll gather in a small group of 4 people\, where you'll be guided through TR
 E™. The session will be held in English (unless everyone speaks Swedish)
 .\n\nThe session lasts around 80–90 minutes and includes:\n\n- A short i
 ntroduction to TRE™\n- The exercise series (7 physical movements)\n- Int
 egration and Q&amp\;A at the end\n\n📍Place\nCentral Stockholm\, near R

 )\n\n💚 Contribution\n300 SEK. Price includes a booklet (worth 100 sek) 
 with the exercises so you can continue practicing at home.\n\nWhat is TRE

 ts that activate the body’s natural shaking mechanism — a built-in way
  to release tension\, calm the nervous system\, and restore balance. Like 
 a gazelle “shaking off” stress after a chase\, we humans share this sa
