 rday\, 12th of September\, at 10 am (Berlin time zone\, UTC +01:00)\n\n   
 Cost: a decent donation ("pay as you can") \n\n   Duration: 60min\n\n This
  TRE group session includes:\n 1. Guiding you through the series of TRE ex
 ercises\n 2. Up to 20min of neurogenic tremoring and the practise of self-
 regulation\n 3. Supporting you by giving suggestions of interventions you 
 can do while tremoring\n 4. Relaxation and integration afterwards for you 
 to notice the effects in your body\n 5. Time for sharing your experience\,
  questions and tips for the use of TRE\n\n\nPlease send me an email if you
