 month TRE™ Certification Training consists of\n 3 X 2 DAY MODULES  plu
 s  SUPERVISION PROCESS (Please see below) \nTHIS FIRST MODULE IS  OPEN 
 TO EVERYONE\,\nCOME AND LEARN THE BASICS OF TRE\,\nEXPLORE AND DEEPEN INTO
  YOUR OWN TRE PRACTICE.\nINCLUDES:\n\n\n 	An introduction to TRE and your 
 personal tremoring process - each morning and afternoon you will be guided
  through the exercises and the tremoring process\, learning how to "go slo
 w\," and safely regulate your process\n\n\n 	An introduction to the anatom
 y\, physiology and neurology of the stress response and trauma\n\n\n 	Cont
 ainment\,  grounding\,  self-regulation skills\n\nThis module is open to
  all\,  to learn about using TRE for your own personal health and well-be
 ing.\nit is also the first module of the TRE™ CERTIFIED PROVIDER TRAIN
 ING:\n12 - 18 months structured training  comprising of :\n\n\n 	3 x 2 da
 y modules\, plus\n 	A process of Supervision that supports you in\n\n\n 	
 developing and deepening your own TRE practice\,\n 	learning to facilitate
  individuals through the TRE process\n 	teaching small groups.\n 	applicat
 ion of theory -  anatomy\, physiology\, neurology of the stress response 
 and trauma\, polyvagal theory\, fascia.\n 	containment\, grounding\,  co-
  and self-regulation\,\n 	developmental trauma and attachment in relation 
 to TRE\n 	how to set up a practice\n\nMODULE 2 -  JUNE 26th + 27th 2021
  - cost £250  full price / £230 (early bird) \nMODULE 3  OCTOBER 9th 
 + 10th  2021 - cost £250 full price / £220 (early bird) \nSUPERVISION
  PROCESS :\nMinimum 13 supervision sessions  : approx £1500   (depend
 ing on existing skills - if no therapeutic or teaching background\,  may 
 need additional supervision).  These are  1-1 sessions with mentor\, rev
 eiw of teaching sessions\,  videos\, written work)\n4 X SESSIONS with sup
 ervisor - exploring your own TRE process.  (preferably in-person sessions
 )\n4 SESSIONS (either 1-1 or in small group) - exploring your experiences 
 teaching TRE to individuals  (these can be over Skype/Zoom).  (includes 
 reveiw of teaching videos)\n4 SESSIONS (EITHER 1-1 or in small group) - ex
 ploring your experiences teaching TRE to groups  (can be over Skype/Zoom)
