 t to free yourself from tension. TRE is a self-help tool developed by Dr D
 avid Berceli that is used successfully throughout the world. The course wi
 ll be very practical. Each day you will be supported through the exercises
  and tremors\, including time for discussions and sharing of experiences. 
 You will learn the theory of how trauma is held in the physical body and c
 an be released by the body naturally with self-induced therapeutic tremors
 .\n\nParticipants will be introduced to TRE and the personal tremoring res
 ponse.\nParticipants will understand the tremor response.\nParticipants wi
 ll learn anatomy\, neurology and physiology of stress and trauma as it rel
 ates to TRE\nParticipants will learn defence reactions\, containment\, and
  grounding strategies as they relate to TRE.\nParticipants will receive an
