DESCRIPTION:Learn how TRE™ was developed by Dr David Berceli and to safel
 y start and stop natural tremors. The two days will be a mix of theory\, s
 haking and embodiment practice on both days with plenty of time to ask que
 stions\nBoth theory and practice will cover the core principles of:\n•	G
 rounding\n•	Self regulation\n•	Avoiding freezing\, flooding and dissoc
 iation\n•	Self healing the neurophysiology of trauma using the body\n \n
 You can attend Module 1 without any commitment to go through the certifica
 tion process towards TRE™ Provider. This Module the main focus is on you
 r personal process and journey with self-regulation. Although there is a l
 ot of interesting theory to share about trauma and the body\, the main foc
 us for Mod 1 is the practical experience of the tremors for students. It i
 s important to come into relationship with TRE is a felt\, embodied\, expe
 rience.\n\nFor students wishing to become Providers I create regular close
 d\, Supervision groups to come together in a safe space\, share insights a
 nd practice TRE. \n\nYou have to follow the Global Certification process t
 o be able to teach TRE™ further to individuals and small groups. \nBecom
 ing a Certified TRE Provider\n\nTo become a Certified TRE™ Provider\, yo
 u’ll need to attend six mandatory training days (divided into two or thr
 ee modules) as well as being supervised throughout your process\, read req
 uired literature and follow up on required assignments. There are required
  individual supervision sessions\, case studies etc between Module I and M
 odule II as well as after Modul III before certification can be completed.
  The process is completed between 12-18 months from start of Module I.\n
