DESCRIPTION:Online TRE Certification Training with Deborah Brown and the Tr
 ain TRE Team.\n\nIn Module 1 will explore the key concepts of TRE\, Tensio
 n and Trauma Releasing Exercises. It is ideal for those wishing to learn a
 bout releasing stress\, anxiety or work with past trauma. It is also the f
 irst stage of the TRE Provider Process to teach TRE to others.\n\nWe will 
 explore embodying a sense of:\n\n- Understanding TRE and ‘The Tremor Mec
 hanism’\n- Learning to shake in a way that feels contained\, regulated a
 nd enjoyable\n- Exploring grounding in TRE as a felt sense within the body
 \n- Self-regulation and the importance of going slow\n- The neurophysiolog
 y of stress and trauma and how shaking 'reboots' the nervous system\n- Avo
