 TRE™\n• Understanding the tremor response and involuntary body movemen
 ts\n• Introduction to the Triune brain theory\n• Introduction to the P
 olyvagal theory: How humans are always checking for safety.\n• Tremorgen
 esis\n• Containment\, Orientation and Grounding strategies - OMG concept
 s\n• Introduction to personal TRE™ tremoring experience.\n• Working 
 other individuals\n• Introduction to basic skills of working with indivi
 duals\n• Basic TRE™ Interventions (verbal and tactile interventions)\n
 • Post traumatic Growth\nThis TRE™ Module 1 workshop is open to everyo
 ne. You can attend to learn about using the tremors to support your own he
 alth. You will learn about being in your body and self regulating in respo
 nse to tension\, stress and trauma. You can attend the workshop as the sta
