DESCRIPTION:The focus of this first module to learn TRE Trauma Releasing Ex
 ercises (as developed by Dr David Berceli) is to develop a strong personal
  TRE practice.\n\nThere will be teaching around the latest science of trau
 ma and how it affects the body and how TRE can help us process old knee je
 rk neurophysiological patterns of tension and trauma from the nervous syst
 em.\n\nThere will be plenty of time to explore\, ask questions\, and drop 
 into your own TRE tremors. This module is open to anyone interested in le
 arning more about TRE.\n\nIf you wish to become a TRE Provider there are t
 wo further modules to complete (see below). Any questions will be fully ex
 plained during the workshop.\n\nClasses are friendly and welcoming. All bo
 dy shapes and sizes are welcome – TRE is designed for everyone to use.
