  is open to everyone. If you personally want to free yourself from tension
  and stress and/or add to your toolbox for working with clients. (This is 
 not suitable for those with serious trauma or health issues who should see
 k one-to-one support first).  TRE is a self-help tool developed by Dr Dav
 id Berceli that is used successfully throughout the world. The course will
  be very practical. Each day you will be supported through the exercises a
 nd tremors\, including time for discussions and sharing of experiences. Yo
 u will learn the theory of how trauma is held in the physical body and can
  be released by the body naturally with self-induced therapeutic tremors.\
 n\nParticipants will be introduced to TRE and the personal tremoring respo
 nse.\nParticipants will understand the tremor response.\nParticipants will
  learn anatomy\, neurology and physiology of stress and trauma as it relat
 es to TRE\nParticipants will learn defence reactions\, containment\, and g
 rounding strategies as they relate to TRE.\nParticipants will receive an i
