 This Online Module 1 training can be the first step towards certification 
 towards becoming a TRE® Provider (outline of certification will be provid
 ed). You can also attend for personal process only. The training is provid
 ed in English.\n\nPRE-Requisite\nIt is recommended that participants have 
 learnt TRE® from a certified Provider/Trainer prior to attending the onli
 ne training. If you haven’t yet learnt TRE® we would highly recommend y
 ou to book a personal session as soon as possible.\n\nWelcome to this 2-da
 y Online Module 1 training divided into 3 shorter days\nSecure your spot h
 ere\nThe training will be taught by DevaLaya Guleng\, an international TRE
 ™ Certification Trainer\, with assistants.\n\nGoal\nTo deepen your perso
 nal process and to help you experiencing the tremors. Each morning and aft
 ernoon session you will be supported through the exercises and tremors. We
  will explore the theory behind the model.\nModule 1 will include:\nIntrod
 uction to TRE™\nIntroduction and deepening of personal tremoring experie
 nce\nAnatomy\, neurology and physiology of stress and trauma as it relates
  to TRE™\nUnderstanding the tremor response\nIntroduction to the Polyvag
 al theory\nDefence reactions as they relate to TRE™\nContainment and gro
 unding strategies\n\nThe way we work\nThere will be plenty of time for dis
 cussion and sharing of your experiences. We will also guide you in develop
 ing your skills so you can begin to support other people through the exerc
