Each morning and afternoon sessio n you will be supported through the exercises and tremors. We will explore the theory behind the model.\n\nModule 1 will include:\n\n Introduction to TRE™\n Introduction and deepening of personal tremoring experience\ n Anatomy\, neurology and physiology of stress and trauma as it relates t o TRE™\n Understanding the tremor response\n Introduction to the Polyv agal theory\n Defence reactions as they relate to TRE™\n Containment a nd grounding strategies\n\nThe way we work\nThere will be plenty of time f or discussion and sharing of your experiences.
