 Whether you work with stressed or traumatised clients\, or if you personal
 ly want to free yourself from tension. TRE is a self-help tool developed b
 y Dr David Berceli that is used successfully throughout the world. The cou
 rse will be very practical. Each day you will be supported through the exe
 rcises and tremors\, including time for discussions and sharing of experie
 nces. You will learn the theory of how trauma is held in the physical body
  and can be released by the body naturally with self-induced therapeutic t
 remors.\n\nParticipants will be introduced to TRE and the personal tremori
 ng response.\nParticipants will understand the tremor response.\nParticipa
 nts will learn anatomy\, neurology and physiology of stress and trauma as 
 it relates to TRE\nParticipants will learn defence reactions\, containment
 \, and grounding strategies as they relate to TRE.\nParticipants will rece
