 open to everyone who wants to learn how their body can relax itself. Wheth
 er you work with stressed or traumatized clients\, or if you personally wa
 nt to free yourself from tension. TRE is a self-help tool developed by Dr 
 David Berceli that is used successfully throughout the world. The course w
 ill be very practical. Each day you will be supported through the exercise
 s and tremors\, including time for discussions and sharing of experiences.
  You will learn the theory of how trauma is held in the physical body and 
 can be released by the body naturally with self-induced therapeutic tremor
 s.\n\nParticipants will be introduced to TRE and the personal neurogenic r
 eleasing response.\nParticipants will understand the neurogenic release.\n
 Participants will learn anatomy\, neurology and physiology of stress and t
 rauma as it relates to TRE\nParticipants will learn defense reactions\, co
 ntainment\, and grounding strategies as they relate to TRE.\nParticipants
