  The course will be very practical. Each day you will be supported through
  the exercises and tremors\, including time for discussions and sharing of
  experiences. You will learn the theory of how trauma is held in the physi
 cal body and can be released by the body naturally with self-induced thera
 peutic tremors.\n\nParticipants will be introduced to TRE and the personal
  tremoring response.\nParticipants will understand the tremor response.\nP
 articipants will learn anatomy\, neurology and physiology of stress and tr
 auma as it relates to TRE\nParticipants will learn defense reactions\, con
 tainment\, and grounding strategies as they relate to TRE.\nParticipants w
