 3-Day Workshop is open to everyone. Whether you work with stressed or trau
 matised clients\, or if you personally want to free yourself from tension.
  TRE is a self-help tool developed by Dr David Berceli that is used succes
 sfully throughout the world. The course will be very practical. Each day y
 ou will be supported through the exercises and tremors\, including time fo
 r discussions and sharing of experiences. You will learn the theory of how
  trauma is held in the physical body and can be released by the body natur
 ally with self-induced therapeutic tremors.\n\nParticipants will be introd
 uced to TRE and the personal tremoring response.\nParticipants will unders
 tand the tremor response.\nParticipants will learn anatomy\, neurology and
  physiology of stress and trauma as it relates to TRE\nParticipants will l
 earn defence reactions\, containment\, and grounding strategies as they re
 late to TRE.\nParticipants will receive an introduction to the Poly-vagal
