 ed clients\, or if you personally want to free yourself from tension. TRE 
 is a self-help tool developed by Dr David Berceli that is used successfull
 y throughout the world. The course will be very practical. Each day you wi
 ll be supported through the exercises and tremors\, including time for dis
 cussions and sharing of experiences. You will learn the theory of how trau
 ma is held in the physical body and can be released by the body naturally 
 with self-induced therapeutic tremors.\n\nParticipants will learn or go de
 eper with their TRE personal tremoring response.\n\nParticipants will unde
 rstand the tremor response.\n\nParticipants will learn anatomy\, neurology
  and physiology of stress and trauma as it relates to TRE\n\nParticipants 
 will learn defence reactions\, containment\, and grounding strategies as t
 hey relate to TRE.\n\nParticipants will receive an introduction to the Pol
