 This is what I hear too often and yes\,  we all have a tendency to make s
 tress and trauma a complicated\, scary 'problem' - and while the mind focu
 ses on 'the problem' it tends to hold on to it while the body knows how to
  shed tension and regain balance. Stress is not always 'bad' and it is not
  all about 'relaxing' and 'shedding'.\nWith TRE you can gain energy and jo
 y as well as releasing chronic physical tension and open the mind to think
  new thoughts.  I share with you my experience of teaching TRE and traini
 ng Providers for many years. These teachings plus 4 TRE sessions will set 
 you on the path to use TRE for your own wellbeing.\n​Do yourself a favou
 r and attend this in person workshop. It will take place in my studio room
 \, in a lovely homely setting in Winston Park. We will get to know each ot
 her\, share and tremor and you will leave inspired and refreshed with new 
 ideas and options.\n​Two days 9am to 4pm - 4 TRE sessions and 4 teaching
