SUMMARY:TRE™ Global Certification Training Module 1  – Campbell River\,
  Canada
DESCRIPTION:IN PERSON EVENT: TRE Module One Workshop\n\nOpen to the general
  public\, Module 1 is focused on learning TRE for personal use.\n\nModule 
 One will introduce you to Tension Releasing Exercises (TRE™) and focus o
 n developing or enhancing your personal TRE™ practice. You will learn ab
 out how stress\, tension and trauma impact the body and how to use TRE™ 
 as a self-help tool to reduce these impacts in your life. We will explore 
 the physiology and neurology of stress\, natural human defence responses\,
  the anatomy of TRE™ and the Polyvagal Theory as it relates the TRE™ p
 rocess. With a focus on self-regulation\, Module 1 is your opportunity to 
 to learn more about TRE and explore how to integrate TRE™ into your own 
 wellness practice in a safe and supported learning environment.\n\nIf you 
 are planning to become a Certified TRE Provider\, attending all three days
  of Module 1 is one of the requirements before enrolling in the provider c
 ertification program.\n\nModule One Workshop: In person\, North Vancouver 
 Island (Campbell River/Comox Valley) British Columbia. Exact location TBD.
 \n\nApril 14: 2PM to 5PM PST\n\nApril 15: 9AM to 4PM PST\n\nApril 16: 9AM 
 to 4PM PST\n\nPrice: $439 CAD\n\nApplicable taxes included.\n\nAvoid disap

  Ticket sales end April 7\, 2023. Late registrations accepted until April 
 12\, 2023 by 5PM. An additional administration fee of $50 will apply.\n\nT
 o become a certified TRE Provider\, you will be invited to register in the
  Provider Certification Program following Module 1. The companion Module 2
 A for this workshop will be held online or in person (pending interest) Se
 ptember 15\,16\, 17 2023. The companion Module 2B will be held online on i
 n person (pending interest) January 26\, 27\, 28 2024. Module 1 completion
  is required in order to register for Module 2A and 2B. If interested in b
 ecoming a Certified TRE provider the companion Certification Modules 2A an
 d 2B are $420 each. You must be enrolled as a TRE trainee to join us for M
 odule 2A and 2B.\n\nPaying for the Workshop: Payments are due in full at t
 he time of registration. Spaces will not be held with partial payments as 
 our systems do not currently accept payment plans. Your space is reserved

  Physiotherapist\, Advanced TRE Provider\, TRE Certification Trainer\n\nSa
 rah Ronhovde is a registered Physiotherapist and Advanced TRE provider\, l
 iving and working out of Campbell River\, British Columbia. Sarah complete
 d her Bachelors of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph
  and her Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of British Columb
 ia.  Completing her TRE certification through TRE Canada with Joan McDona
 ld\, Sarah has been fascinated by the restorative nature of the tremor mec
 hanism. Through daily utilization of TRE fundamentals in her life and phys
 iotherapy practice\, she has seen the benefits first hand - in her own exp
 erience and in the wellbeing of her clients. Sarah is passionate about the
  many benefits TRE has to offer\, and is excited to guide you on your TRE 
 journey!\n\nWhen not working and teaching\, Sarah can be found writing\, r
 unning the trails near her home\, practicing the piano\, cooking wholesome
  meals\, enjoying quality time with loved ones\, and discovering new dimen
 sions of nervous system regulation from the best teachers she has had thus
  far… her 4 year old daughter and recent new addition\, her 3 month old
