DESCRIPTION:We are happy to invite you to this Global Certification Trainin
 g\, centered around self-healing and self-development with TRE™ - Tensio
 n &amp\; Trauma Release Exercises.  New for 2015\, TRE\, LLC has adopted 
 a standardized Global Certification Training Program valid in 35 countries
 . The 3 days of Module 1 will be very practical and is open to anyone 
 – with or without a therapeutic background. The goal of Module 1 is to
  introduce you to the TRE™ or tremor mechanism\, and move through 6 x T
 RE™ experiences over the three days.  As you deepen into your personal
  process you will experience the different textures of vibration\, as well
  as a better understanding of the human organism’s experience of the tre
 mors. Each morning and afternoon session you will be supported through the
  exercises and we will explore the theory behind the model.Anatomy\, neuro
 logy and physiology of stress and trauma as it relates to TRE™Understand
 ing the tremor responseIntroduction to the Poly-vagal theoryDefence reacti
 ons as they relate to TRE™Containment and grounding strategiesIntroducti
