DESCRIPTION:TRE Module 1 is open to all and is the first step of the profes
 sional training to become a TRE Provider\, or deepen your practice of Tens
 ion and Trauma Release with the exercises and core principles founded by D
 r David Berceli for personal practice. \nThe three day in person training
  is in the heart of the Devon countryside\, UK. Module 1 is about you meet
 ing you. Safely engaging with the body's innate 'tremor mechanism' to rele
 ase tension patterns and dynamically enhance connection and fluidity in th
 e body. TRE helps to reduce stress and anxiety by rebooting the nervous sy
 stem and improving our sense of wellbeing and connection to the body and o
 thers.\n\n\n 	As well as learning to 'shake'\, you will also learn:\n 	An 
 understanding of TRE and ‘The Tremor Mechanism’
\n 	The concept of g
 rounding in TRE\n 	Self-regulation and the importance of going slow\n 	The
  neurophysiology of stress and trauma and how shaking reboots the nervous 
 system\n 	Avoiding Freezing\, Flooding and Dissociation\n 	Start to explor
 e teaching TRE to others\n 	TRE x 5 sessions\n\nTimings\nThis event is in 
 person in Devon (countryside location)\, UK.\n10.00 - 18.00 GMT (timezone 
 change to BST on 30th March)\nThere will be plenty of breaks for rest and 
 lunch.\nThis training with Deborah Brown and Train TRE also incorporates g
 roup shakes and supervision for connecting\, learning and sharing together
 .\nVenue\nNamaste Barn\, Devon. Accommodation is available onsite (in addi
 tion to the training)\nNote: An additional module on 14th - 16th November 
 2025\, and a supervision process are required to teach TRE to others as a
