DESCRIPTION:This two day workshop is open to all will explore the key conce
 pts of TRE\, Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises. It is ideal for those
  wishing to learn about releasing stress\, anxiety or work with past traum
 a. It is also the first stage of the TRE Provider Process to teach TRE to 
 others.\n\nWe will explore an embodied sense of:\n\n- An understanding of 
 TRE and ‘The Tremor Mechanism’\n- Learning to shake in a way that feel
 s contained\, regulated and enjoyable\n- Exploring grounding in TRE as a f
 elt sense within the body\n- Self-regulation and the importance of going s
 low\n- The neurophysiology of stress and trauma and how shaking 'reboots' 
 the nervous system\n- Avoiding Freezing\, Flooding and Dissociation\n\nIf 
 you are signing up for The Provider Process to teach TRE to others: The Pr
 ovider Process training with Train TRE offers ongoing support and personal
  development through connection and shared learning. This is a theme in th
 e style of the training including group discussion\, online group supervis
 ion and shaking together. TRE was meant for community!\n\nYou can complete
  the training in 10 - 18 months.\n\nThe dates of the modules are spaced to
  facilitate completion within a year\, however you can take your time and 
 complete within 18 - 24 months.\n\nCosts: All modules are £250. For the p
 rovider process the price is £650 for the three modules (when booked toge
 ther) plus supervision and core reading.\n\nThe estimated total cost to tr
 ain as a provider is £1880 - £2000. The majority of this cost comprises 
 of a minimum of 13 supervision sessions with a TRE Mentor.\n\nRunning alon
 gside the training is supervision process. This consists of a minimum of 1
 3 supervision sessions with a TRE Mentor to support you in your personal p
 rocess (4 sessions)\, teaching individuals (4 sessions post Module 2)\, an
 d teaching groups (4 sessions post Module 3). A learning plan is developed
  with your mentor and there is a final certification session with your Cer
 tification Trainer. Please note that this is the minimum supervision requi
