DESCRIPTION:Welcome to this 3-day TRE™ Module I – a weekend immersive i
 n Bratislava.\nThis training is open to anyone.\n\nThe training will be gi
 ven in English with translation into Slovak.\n\nFor the 2nd time we are st
 arting a TRE™ Module-training in Slovakia. Module I can be used purely f
 or deepening of own TRE™ process\, as well as being the first step in th
 e certification program moving towards being a Certified TRE™ Provider.\
 n\nThis training is centred around self-healing and self-development with 
 TRE™. The weekend will be very practical and is open to anyone – with 
 or without a therapeutic background. You can take this training without co
 mmitting to continue with the certification process towards becoming a Cer
 tified TRE™ Provider.After this training-weekend\, you will be able to u
 se TRE™ for yourself as a self-help tool\, as it teaches you all the the
 oretical foundations needed for good and safe personal practice.\n\nThe tr
 aining will be taught by DevaLaya Guleng\, an international TRE™ Certifi
 cation Trainer\, with several assistants\n\nGoal\nTo deepen your personal 
 process and to help you experiencing the tremors. Each morning and afterno
 on session you will be supported through the exercises and tremors. We wil
 l explore the theory behind the model.\n\nModule 1 will include:\n\n 	Intr
 oduction to TRE™\n 	Introduction and deepening of personal tremoring ex
 perience\n 	Anatomy\, neurology and physiology of stress and trauma as it 
 relates to TRE™\n 	Understanding the tremor response\n 	Introduction to 
 the Polyvagal theory\n 	Defence reactions as they relate to TRE™\n 	Cont
 ainment and grounding strategies\n\nThe way we work\nThere will be plenty 
 of time for discussion and sharing of your experiences. We will also guide
  you in developing your skills so you can begin to support other people th

 ll need to attend the  3-day Module II  connected to the Module I you si
 gn up for. In this training in Slovakia\, you also need to be able to atte
 nd the Supervision-weekend planned for March 18th - 20th 2022 (preliminar
 y dates). Additional costs will apply for required supervision sessions an
 d literature/media.  The certification process is normally completed with
