DESCRIPTION:Welcome to this 3-day TRE™ Module I – a weekend immersive i
 n Bratislava.\nREGISTRATION OPENS JAN 2026 and  CLOSES MAY 31st\, 2 weeks
  prior to the workshop.\nmore information will be shared soon.\nThis train
 ing is open to anyone that has had at least one TRE™ experience with a c
 ertified Provider (or provider trainee in Training).\n\nThe training will 
 be given in English with translation into Slovak/Czech.\n\nWe are continui
 ng the journey and starting the next TRE™ Module-training in Slovakia. M
 odule I can be used purely for deepening of own TRE™ process\, as well a
 s being the first step in the certification program moving towards being a
  Certified TRE™ Provider.\n\nThis training is centred around self-healin
 g and self-development with TRE™. The weekend will be very practical and
  is open to anyone – with or without a therapeutic background. You can t
 ake this training without committing to continue with the certification pr
 ocess towards becoming a Certified TRE™ Provider.After this training-wee
 kend\, you will be able to use TRE™ for yourself as a self-help tool\, a
 s it teaches you all the theoretical foundations needed for good and safe 
 personal practice.\n\nThe training will be taught by DevaLaya Guleng\, an 
 international TRE™ Certification Trainer\, with several assistants (Cert
 ified TRE™ Providers from CZ/SK)\n\nGoal\nTo deepen your personal proces
 s and to help you experiencing the tremors. Each morning and afternoon ses
 sion you will be supported through the exercises and tremors. We will expl
 ore the theory behind the model.\n\nModule 1 will include:\n\n 	Introducti
 on to TRE™\n 	Introduction and deepening of personal tremoring experienc
 e\n 	Anatomy\, neurology and physiology of stress and trauma as it relates
  to TRE™\n 	Understanding the tremor response\n 	Introduction to the Pol
 yvagal theory\n 	Defence reactions as they relate to TRE™\n 	Containment
  and grounding strategies\n\nThe way we work\nThere will be plenty of time
  for discussion and sharing of your experiences. We will also guide you in
  developing your skills so you can begin to support other people through t

 he Module I you sign up for. As the Training is interpreted\, the MII/MIII
  will be 3 full days. Additional costs will apply for required supervision
  sessions and literature/media.  The certification process is normally co
