SUMMARY:TRE™ exercises in depth: TRE™ and the Upper Body - a 3-part ser
ies of TRE™ sessions with Hans Holter Solhjell
DESCRIPTION:-Explore Ways to Activate and Work with the Upper Body in TRE
™\nIn this 3 part series of TRE™ sessions\, you learn how to activate
tremors and release in the upper body\, focusing on the trunk\, including
 the rib cage\, abdomen\, back\, spine\, shoulders\, and shoulder blades.\n
\nLed by Hans Holter Solhjell - Educator\, TRE™ Global Certification Tra
iner\, developer of the PLS framework and the Response Funnel.\nMany parti
cipants in TRE™ courses primarily learn the basic positions in TRE and t
remor only lying on their back. While this position is an excellent starti
ng point for many patterns of tremors and movements\, a typical TRE™ ses
sion can involve a wide range of body movements\, and not all are well-sup
ported by the back-lying position.\n\nEach position in TRE™ facilitates
certain patterns and movements while potentially hindering others. In this
course you learn how to activate tremors and release in the upper body\,
 focusing on the trunk\, including the rib cage\, abdomen\, back\, spine\,
shoulders\, and shoulder blades. You will learn specific techniques and po
sitions to facilitate tremors in these areas\, ensuring a safe and effecti
 ve practice.\n\n&nbsp\;\nWhat You’ll Learn:\n\n Techniques to activate
 tremors and release in the rib cage\, diaphragm\, abdomen\, back\, spine\,
shoulders\, shoulder blades and arms.\n Safe and effective positions for
upper body tremoring.\n Self-intervention\, using your own hands to open
up frozen patterns and facilitate release.\n Initial and basic ways to w
ork with release through the movements of contraction and expansion\, the
breath and sound.\n Focus on comprehensive practice integrating the lower
and the upper body.\n\nThe 3 sessions will be recorded and the recordings
available to buy also later. As a participant in the session you will rec
eive access to the recording.\n\nThe purpose of these 3 sessions are also
to connect with others who practice TRE™ to share experiences\, support
and learn from each other.\n\nPrice: $159 for all 3 sessions.\nSign up for
Q&amp\;A and tremor session here.\n\nAbout Hans Holter Solhjell\n\n-Educa
