DESCRIPTION:This class is open to both returning students and new students 
 to the practice.  This class not only introduces new students to TRE\, but
  also informs us on ways to regulate the nervous system.  Practicing toget
 her offers time to ask questions and share the space with others.  You wil
 l be given extra materials to help you with your at home practice.  Please
  email me with any questions.  \n\nWear  comfortable clothing and bring 1
 -2 blankets if you like\, the studio will also provide.
