SUMMARY:TRE™ Global Certification Training - Module 1 (Norway)
DESCRIPTION:The course will be very practical. We will do 2- 3 sessions of 
 TRE each day\, with exercises and tremors. The rest of the time is for sha
 ring experiences\, discussions\, and lectures with the theory behind the T
 RE model. In Module 1 the emphasis is on your personal process with TRE\, 
 but you will also develop initial and basic skills to support other people
  through the exercises.\n\nThis training will be in Norwegian. If you are

 \n\nTopics for the theory lectures:\n\nAnatomy\, neurology\, and physiolog
 y of stress and trauma as it relates to TRE\nUnderstanding the tremor resp
 onse\nIntroduction to the polyvagal theory developed by Stephen Porges.\nD
 efense reactions as they relate to TRE.\nContainment and grounding strateg
 ies.\nIntroduction to basic skills of working with individuals and groups.
 \nIntroduction to TRE and personal tremoring experience.\n\nThe teacher in
  this module 1 is Hans Holter Solhjell. In addition to my master's degree 
 in pedagogy\, I am trained as a Feldenkrais practitioner\, Somatic Experie
 nce Practitioner as well as a TRE Certification Trainer. I also am trained
  in NLP\,  the Sounder Sleep System\, and in my practice work a lot with 
 parents\, communication\, conflict management\, and children's development
