SUMMARY:TRE Certification Training Module 1 Oslo\, Norway.
DESCRIPTION:This training will be held in Norwegian\, on location in Oslo. 
 It will also be possible to participate via Zoom.\n\nThe course will be ve
 ry practical. We will do 2- 3 sessions of TRE each day\, with exercises an
 d tremors. The rest of the time is for sharing of experiences\, discussio
 n\, and lectures with the theory behind the TRE model. In Module 1 the emp
 hasis is on your personal process with TRE\, but you will also develop in
 itial and basic skills to support other people through the exercises.\n\n
 Topics for the theory lectures:\n\nAnatomy\, neurology\, and physiology of
  stress and trauma as it relates to TRE\nUnderstanding the tremor response
 \nIntroduction to the polyvagal theory developed by Stephen Porges.\nDefen
 se reactions as they relate to TRE.\nContainment and grounding strategies.
 \nIntroduction to basic skills of working with individuals and groups.\nIn
 troduction to TRE and personal tremoring experience.\n\nThe teacher in thi
 s module 1 is Hans Holter Solhjell. In addition to my master degree in pe
 dagogy\, I am trained as a Feldenkrais practitioner\, Somatic Experience P
 ractitioner as well as a TRE Certification Trainer. I also am trained in N
 LP\,  the Sounder Sleep System and in my practice work a lot with parents
 \, communication\, conflict management and children's development\, as wel
