DESCRIPTION:This online training will be held in English\, via Zoom.\n\nIt 
 will also be possible to participate via Zoom.\n\nDates:\n\nModule 1 on 2n
 d to 4th of December 2022.\n\nModule 2 on 3rd to 5th of February 2023.\n\n
 &nbsp\;\n\nTimes: 9 am to 4 pm on all days. (Timezone: CET\, Norway)\n\n&n
 bsp\;\n\nThe course will be very practical. We will do 2- 3 sessions of TR
 E each day\, with exercises and tremors. The rest of the time is for shari
 ng of experiences\, discussion\, and lectures with the theory behind the 
 TRE model. In Module 1 the emphasis is on your personal process with TRE\
 , but you will also develop initial and basic skills to support other peo
 ple through the exercises.\n\nTopics for the theory lectures:\n\n 	Anatomy
 \, neurology\, and physiology of stress and trauma as it relates to TRE\n 
 	Understanding the tremor response\n 	Introduction to the polyvagal theory
  developed by Stephen Porges.\n 	Defense reactions as they relate to TRE.\
 n 	Containment and grounding strategies.\n 	Introduction to basic skills o
 f working with individuals and groups.\n 	Introduction to TRE and personal
  tremoring experience.\n\nThe teacher in this module 1 is Hans Holter Sol
 hjell. In addition to my master degree in pedagogy\, I am trained as a Fel
 denkrais practitioner\, Somatic Experience Practitioner as well as a TRE C
 ertification Trainer. I also am trained in NLP\,  the Sounder Sleep Syste
 m and in my practice work a lot with parents\, communication\, conflict ma
 nagement and children's development\, as well as trauma therapy.\n\nTo rea
