SUMMARY:TRE Certification Training Module 1 Oslo\, Norway\, 30th - 31st Jul
 y and 1st of August 2020.
DESCRIPTION:The course will be very practical. We will do 3 sessions of TRE
  each day\, with exercises and tremors. The rest of the time is for sharin
 g of experiences\, discussion\, and lectures with the theory behind the T
 RE model. In Module 1 the emphasis is on your personal process with TRE\,
  but you will also develop initial and basic skills to support other peop
 le through the exercises.\n\nThis training will be either in Norwegian or 
 English. If you would like to participate\, and can only do so in English\
 , please contact me so I can make a decision on if it is possible or not t
 o do the training in English.\n\nTopics for the theory lectures:\n\nAnatom
 y\, neurology\, and physiology of stress and trauma as it relates to TRE\n
 Understanding the tremor response\nIntroduction to the polyvagal theory de
 veloped by Stephen Porges.\nDefense reactions as they relate to TRE.\nCont
 ainment and grounding strategies.\nIntroduction to basic skills of working
  with individuals and groups.\nIntroduction to TRE and personal tremoring 
 experience.\n\nThe teacher in this module 1 is Hans Holter Solhjell. In a
 ddition to my master degree in pedagogy\, I am trained as a Feldenkrais pr
 actitioner\, Somatic Experience Practitioner as well as a TRE Certificatio
 n Trainer. I also am trained in NLP\,  the Sounder Sleep System and in my
  practice work a lot with parents\, communication\, conflict management an
