SUMMARY:TRE™ &amp\; Breathwork Workshop: End-of-Week Unwind
DESCRIPTION:End the week with space to slow down\, release built-up tension
and reconnect with your body.\n\nJoin me for a restorative 2-hour session
combining TRE™ - Tension &amp\; Trauma Releasing Exercises - and Consci
ous Connected Breathwork in Richmond\, London.\n\nThis is a small\, carefu
lly held workshop with up to 6 participants. You do not need any previous
experience of TRE™ or Conscious Connected Breathwork. I’ll guide you t
hroughout\, and you’ll always be encouraged to listen to your body and m
ove at your own pace.\n\nHow this workshop can support you\n\nMany of us c
arry stress not only in the mind\, but in the body. It can show up as tens
 ion\, tightness\, fatigue\, restlessness\, disrupted sleep\, emotional ove
rwhelm or a sense of being constantly “on”. This workshop is an invita
tion to step away from daily demands and give your body space to soften an
d release.\n\nTRE™ and Conscious Connected Breathwork may support you to
experience:\n\n A greater sense of calm and grounding\n Release of phys
ical tension and holding patterns\n More connection to your body and brea
th\n A deeper sense of rest\, clarity or emotional balance\n Time to rec
onnect with yourself in a supportive setting\n\nWhat to expect\n\nWe’ll
begin with a short introduction to TRE™ and Conscious Connected Breathwo
rk\, followed by grounding and body awareness practices to help you arrive
in the space.\n\nThe first part of the workshop will focus on TRE™ - a
gentle sequence of exercises that helps activate the body’s natural trem
or response. This shaking mechanism can support the release of built-up st
ress\, muscular tension and protective holding patterns in the body.\n\nWe
’ll then move into Conscious Connected Breathwork\, a rhythmic\, guided
breathing practice. Breathwork can help you become more aware of what is p
resent beneath the surface\, creating space for tension\, emotion and stre
ss to be met\, felt and released in a contained and supported way.\n\nTRE
™ and Conscious Connected Breathwork complement each other beautifully.
TRE™ helps the body begin to unwind and release physical tension\, creat
ing space for the breathwork that follows - an opportunity to stay connect
ed to the body\, breath and whatever may be present.\n\nWho this workshop
is for\n\nThis workshop may be helpful if you:\n\n Feel stressed\, tense
or overwhelmed\n Find it difficult to switch off or slow down\n Notice s
tress showing up in your body\n Are curious about body-based approaches t
o wellbeing\n Want a guided introduction to TRE™ or Conscious Connected
Breathwork\n Have practised TRE™ or Conscious Connected Breathwork bef
ore and would like a supportive space to continue\n\nPractical details\n\n
