DESCRIPTION:-A talk by David Berceli\ncreator of TRE™\, author\, trauma a
 nd conflict resolution expert and international speaker\nTuesday\, Novembe
 r 15th | 5 pm – 6 pm CET.\n\nThis is a free talk and open to anyone.\n\n
 The current situation in the world\, with many still feeling the after eff
 ects of lock-downs during the pandemic\, re-emerging conflicts between sup
 er powers\, financial stagnation and climate change are causing stress and
  concern. This comes in addition to everyday struggles\, stress and trauma
  from the past.\n\nIn this talk David will address some of these struggles
  and stresses and talk about how to stay grounded\, self-regulated and con
 nected during these challenging times. He will also theorize how the aware
 ness of consciousness in the TRE™ process can be a help during times of

 developing\, sustaining and repairing capacity for self-regulation\, vital
