 Following The Body &amp\; Touch Interventions in TRE\nSaturday 30th Septem
 ber 2023\n\nFull day training practical advanced training develops underst
 anding of how to observe the movements and restrictions in the body and ex
 plores when and how to support clients in connecting deeper with their bod
 y using touch. The day will explore the following through demonstration\, 
 practical sessions in pairs and discussion:\n\n- Negotiating relational sp
 ace and the use of presence\n- Negotiating touch\n- How to touch\n- Dosing
 \n- Key touch interventions\n- Considerations on when to use touch\n\nTake
 aways include enhanced relational attunement\, confidence in exploring all
 owing versus interpretation &amp\; intervention\, when to use touch in ses
 sions within a framework of regulation and relationship\, confidence in 
 ‘holding bodies’ when using touch and a deepening of personal process.
 \n\n2/ Moving Within: Enhancing Interoception Through Movement\nSunday 1st
  October 2023\n\nDevelop your grounding toolkit for you and your clients t
 hrough movement. Bringing in elements of rhythm\, music\, play and connect
 ion\, this half day workshop enhances interception through movement\, bala
 nce and exteroception.\n\nPractical exercises to shift our nervous system 
 and body awareness through consciously exploring areas such as:\n\n- Plane
 s of movement\n- Balance\n- Use of the senses (exteroception)\n- Non habit
 ual movement\n- Using edges and props\n- Play and ‘errors’\n\nIn addit
 ion to smiles and connection with other TRE Providers &amp\; Trainees\, ta
 keaway practical accessible exercises to incorporate into client work\, gr
 oups and for your own self care.
