 ive” in our heads or only in parts of our bodies -- misreading or unawar
 e of the signals and knowledge we’re receiving from our bodies. TRE will
  combine with breath work\, body scanning\, grounding exercises\, progress
 ive relaxation\, chakra clearing &amp\; activation\, journaling\, affirmat
 ions\, aromatherapy\, and sound healing - Experience the power of the grou
 p dynamic\, working together\, establishing trust\, mastering self-regulat
 ion\, tracking progress and applying appropriate interventions. See what a
