DESCRIPTION:TRE releases deep tension from the body by evoking a self-contr
 olled muscular shaking process called neurogenic tremors. This shaking ori
 ginates deep in the core of the body\, starting in the psoas muscles. Thes
 e gentle tremors reverberate outwards along the spine\, releasing tension 
 from the sacrum to the cranium.\nThe technique can becomes a quick and eff
 ective method for consistent relaxation. Eventually\, these tremors will e
 voke themselves naturally in a rest position to reduce any stress or tensi
 on that was accumulated over the course of the day.\nWe get to tremor toge
 ther for 2 days! You will have made a deep and long-lasting friend of the 
 tremor mechanisim after this experience. This friendship will help to guid
 e\, relax\, inform and inspire you over the years.\nMeditation\, satsang a
 nd rest are all woven into the schedule. You will have plenty of time to i
 ntegrate.\nSaturday- 10:00 am- 9:30 pm\nSunday- 9:00-4:30 pm\nCost- $330 f
 or the weekend.\nOvernight lodging fees will run an additional $70-$90 per
  night.\nMeals are not included. There is a refridgerator and kitchen if y
