SUMMARY:The TRE™ Extended Studies Program
DESCRIPTION:A post-certification training and certification pathway\nfor Ce
 rtified TRE™ Providers\nLeading to the title\nCertified Autonomic Flow F
acilitator™\n&nbsp\;\n\nWith Hans Holter Solhjell\nTRE™ Global Certifi
cation Trainer\nTRE™ Extended Studies Lead Trainer\nProgram Developer an
 d Educational Director\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\nAbout the TRE™ Extended
Studies Program\nThe TRE™ Extended Studies Program is a structured post-
certification pathway for Certified TRE Providers who want to deepen and b
roaden their personal TRE practice\, develop a wider and deeper range of f
acilitation skills\, and support a wider range of tremoring\, autonomous m
ovement\, and developmental processes over time.\n\nYou will find all info
rmation about the TRE Extended Studies Program on this page\,\nhttps://opp
 merksombevegelse.no/autonomic-flow-facilitator-certification-training/\n\n
&nbsp\;\nWhat you will develop\nA broader embodied TRE practice\nYou will
gain personal experience with tremoring and movement in different position
s and through more areas of the body. Repeated practice also helps you not
ice your own preferences\, habitual movement patterns\, areas that partici
pate easily\, areas that remain less involved\, and how you respond when u
nfamiliar movement emerges.\n\n&nbsp\;\nMore flexible facilitation\nYou wi
ll develop greater ability to recognise positional and directional impulse
s\, support transitions\, adjust positions and exercises\, work with diffe
rent levels of intensity\, and respond to the individual person rather tha
n relying mainly on a standard TRE sequence.\nAn important theme is learni
ng when to provide guidance and when to allow the process to organise itse
lf.\n\n&nbsp\;\nFacilitate development over series of sessions\nThe traini
ng also explores how TRE facilitation can evolve across a series of sessio
ns\, going deeper with the exercises and providing variation\, rather than
repeating essentially the same basic introductory format each time.\nYou
will learn to create gradual progression while maintaining grounding\, aut
onomy\, choice\, pacing\, and responsiveness to the individual or group.\n
 \n&nbsp\;\nRecognising broader autonomic release\nTRE Extended Studies A a
nd B also introduce a broader perspective on autonomic release beyond trem
oring alone. This can include changing patterns of breathing\, contraction
  and expansion\, vocalisation\, emotional expression\, pushing\, reaching\
 , turning\, protective movements\, coughing or retching-like responses\, a
nd other spontaneous bodily processes.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\nTraining mod
ules and work requirements\nThe program consists of two main modules\, A a
nd B. These modules are each designed to be completed over approximately s
ix months per module.\n\nParticipants then complete the personal practice\
, applied work\, video requirements\, and other certification requirements
for the Autonomic Flow Facilitator Certification at the pace appropriate
for their own professional practice and life circumstances.\n\nCompletion
leads to certification as a Certified Autonomic Flow Facilitator™.\n\nTh
e training combines recorded courses with live integration sessions\, ment
oring and practice groups\, individual guidance\, applied work with indivi
duals or groups\, reflective documentation\, video-based learning and feed
back\, and a final certification review.\n\nYou will find all information
about the TRE Extended Studies Program on this page\,\nhttps://oppmerksomb
 evegelse.no/autonomic-flow-facilitator-certification-training/\n\n&nbsp\;\
nTRE Extended Studies A\nTRE Extended Studies A focuses primarily on how t
remoring can be facilitated and supported in a broader range of positions\
, in order to better follow the natural flow of the body’s movement and
choose positions that support the unfolding autonomic tremor and movement
process. Positions explored in this part include standing\, sitting\, and
side lying on the floor\, as well as transitions between positions.\n\nDev
eloping a broader repertoire of positions in which to tremor and facilitat
e tremoring allows for a more flexible\, body-led approach to facilitation
. It supports the ability to follow the body more fluently\, recognise the
movements the body is indicating or attempting to make\, support movement
flows and transitions\, and understand how different positions can either
facilitate or limit these processes.\n\n&nbsp\;\nTRE Extended Studies B\n
TRE Extended Studies B continues this development by focusing more specifi
cally on including more areas of the body in tremoring\, movement\, and re
lease. This includes further work with the upper body\, hands and feet\, a
 s well as the head\, including the face\, jaw\, eyes\, mouth\, nose\, thro
at\, and related areas.\n\nTogether\, A and B are intended to help provide
rs develop a broader and more autonomous embodied personal TRE practice\,
greater sensitivity to the body’s autonomic tremor and movement flows\,
and a wider and more flexible range of facilitation skills.\n\nIn the TRE
Extended Studies Program\, autonomic refers to non-voluntary physiological
processes such as neurogenic tremoring\, spontaneous movement\, changes i
n breathing\, and other forms of release. Autonomous refers to the partici
 pant’s self-direction\, choice\, boundaries\, and internal authority. Th
e training seeks both to support autonomic processes and to facilitate the
m in a way that strengthens personal autonomy.\n\n&nbsp\;\nTrainer and Men
tor Development\nOpportunities to develop as a TRE Extended Studies Traine
r or Mentor are also available by application or request after certificati
on as a Autonomic Flow Facilitator. This pathway is intended for experienc
ed TRE Providers with strong teaching and facilitation skills\, and may be
particularly relevant for those who want to support participants locally\
, work in other languages\, or already have an established network of inte
rested providers.\n\nYou will find all information about the TRE Extended
 Studies Program on this page\,\nhttps://oppmerksombevegelse.no/autonomic-f
 low-facilitator-certification-training/\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nAbout the Trainer
 – Hans Holter Solhjell\n\n\nI am a TRE™ Global Certification Trainer a
nd have been teaching TRE since 2010. My work draws on more than 30 years
of experience with body-oriented learning\, movement\, personal developmen
t and trauma-related practice.\n\nMy practice and certifications in Somati
c Experiencing\, the Feldenkrais Method\, Communicology and the Sounder Sl
eep System also influence the way I understand and teach TRE.\n\nMy backgr
ound with a master degree in pedagogy and educational science shapes how I
teach. I bring together practical experience\, theory and reflection in a
structured learning process\, with room for questions\, individual differ
ences and learning over time.\n\nI have been active in the global TRE comm
unity for a decade and  have extensive experience supporting TRE provider
s after certification through mentoring groups and teaching advanced TRE -
in depth courses. And also  organising a series of online TRE talks (ava
ilable on Youtube) and training new TRE trainers.\n\nI have also developed
the first globally available postgraduate certification training for TRE
providers\, focusing on practical facilitation and deepening the release p
rocess through an approach I call Autonomic Flow Facilitation. The post ce
rtification training leads to the title Certified Autonomic Flow Facilitat
or.\n\nAs a participant in my Global TRE provider certification training\,
you will draw on my depth of experience to support both your personal pro
cess and your professional development with TRE\, and benefit from my furt
her developments of the basic TRE format.\n\nFurther\, I have developed pr
actical teaching models and frameworks\, including the PLS Regulation Supp
ort Framework and the Response Funnel. I also create visual guides\, learn
ing materials and recorded courses to support participants’ practice and
understanding. As a training participant\, you receive access to several
of these resources for use in your personal practice and your work with cl
ients.\n\nYou can download two of these models on my webpage\,\n\n\n\nThe
TRE visual guide\nThe Response Funnel Model\n\n\n\nThe Response Funnel Mod
el is also translated to several languages\,\n\nhttps://oppmerksombevegels
 e.no/response-funnel-model-in-different-languages/\n\nAlongside teaching T
RE and mentoring TRE providers\, I work with adults in body-oriented learn
ing and trauma-related practice\, and with parents\, kindergartens and sch
ools on communication\, conflict resolution and regulation support.\n\nYou
can read more about me here.\n\n&nbsp\;\nDo you have questions about the
training program?\nYou can contact me by email here.
