DESCRIPTION:\n\nThis is a warm invite to my new monthly series of TRE class
 es/workshops\, open to all and particularly to TRE students and providers.
 \n\nI am organising a new\, monthly series of classes/workshops in which w
 e will expand our theoretical knowledge and explore how to work deeper wit
 h the body\, it’s structures and TRE.\nThe topics for this year are: bre
 ath\, spine\, diaphragms\, touch\, 3 planes of movement\, psoas and pelvis
 \, eye/vagus/TRE\, TMJ\,throat\, voice\, Interoception\, propioception\, e
 xteroception in TRE.\n\n\n\nThe Neurobiology of Breath is the first one in
  this series.\n\nIn this new and exciting class/workshop\, we will be expl
 oring complexities and connections between a breath\, brain and our body. 
 How the new and fascinating brain and body science confirms traditional wi
 sdom and what can be applied practically and daily.\nThe first part of thi
 s class will be focusing on the neurobiology of breath\, brain regions tha
 t govern breath and its connections with the body\, sympathetic and parasy
 mpathetic regulation through breath and more.\nThe second part will be a p
 ractical TRE session where we will apply and embody the theory.\n\nFull Pr
