SUMMARY:Tension and Trauma Release Online Group Session
DESCRIPTION:Explore the transformative process of TRE and become acquainted
  with this life-changing stress and trauma management tool. All levels wel
 come! This is a six person capped online session that allows for both indi
 vidual  and group support. We will begin with a brief introduction to TRE 
 and individual check-ins. I will then guide you through a TRE session that
  includes the seven exercises and a safe space to release through tremors 
 or vibrations. I often incorporate meditation and or visualization exercis
 es to support participants in their process. We will close with follow up 
 check-ins. These group sessions are offered at a fraction of the cost of a
  private session. In order to give back to the TRE community I offer these
  sessions on a sliding scale of $20-$30 per session. Please click the link
