 \nTension &amp\; Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE™) is a series of gentle
  movements that activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibratin
 g in the body. This movement of neurogenic tremoring releases muscular ten
 sion\, calms the nervous system\, and helps release deeply held tension he
 ld in the body. After a TRE™ session\, many people report feelings of pe
 ace and well-being. These sessions are suitable for all ages and fitness l
 evels. Bring a blanket or mat and dress in layers. Please refrain from wea
