 eurogenic tremoring and its history and origin in Dr. David Berceli’s t
 echnique of Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises® (TRE™). Participant
 s will experience two  Neurogenic YogaTM classes including yoga asana\, 
 pranayama and tension release. The morning class will be more vigorous whi
 le the afternoon class will be more restorative.All levels welcome!About N
 eurogenic YogaTM:Neurogenic YogaTM is an integrative method combining yog
 a asana and pranayama with Self -Induced  Therapeutic Tremors (SIIT). The
 se tremors are the nervous system’s way of discharging long-held tensio
 n and trauma or unconscious muscle contraction\, to restore the body to w
 holeness. During a typical Neurogenic YogaTM practice a combination of g
 entle yoga postures and breath techniques evoke a trembling response in t
 he psoas muscles. Involuntary shaking travels along the spine and reverbe
 rates through the entire body\, releasing deep chronic tension.
